False Notions We Have About Dating Relationships

Every aspect of life has rules and principles that govern it. While some are good and true, others are mostly false and inconsequential to life in that sphere. Hence, there are lot of us single ladies and guy out there that have a misguided opinion about dating that need and should be corrected because if you give it proper consideration, you’ll discover it has hindered you from taking a step. However, this has created false fears in some of us. I admonish you change these notions before its late.

Below are some of these false notions people have made about dating, and why they’re not really of any consequence.

Confident Women Intimidate Men

There’s a difference between confidence and superiority complex. Apparently, times have changed that men aren’t looking for damsels in distress anymore.  Many men appreciate confidence in a woman as long as she doesn’t think she’s more superior to them.

Your Sex Life Dies After You Tie The Knot

This is another false notion created to instill fear about marriage. Studies have proven that married people actually have more sex than single people or live-in lovers.

Opposites Attract

While this may be true for some of us, is not for everyone. We should stop making it seem like it’s the only ground for a successful relationship. There are people who love to be around others who share their ideas and beliefs because they tend to bond better when they can agree on a subject.

The Guy Takes Care Of Her Financial Needs 

While its okay for both partners to be of help; financially to each other, the notion that the guy settles your financial needs is big false and wrong. Thus, being a in relationship is not a vocation where you get wages or salary; so if he does not give you money or say there's no money, don't see him as stingy.
